Tom Hammond is the Chief Strategic Officer at Confie. He brings over 35 years of experience in the P&C Industry specifically in Operations Management, Service Center Strategy, and Contact Center technology. Prior to joining Confie, Tom was President of US Operations at Bolt Solutions where he led digital wholesale and consumer operations, including developing a long-term product footprint for the platform and continued distribution expansion.
Hammond also brings strong strategy experience from his time as an EVP with The Hartford Property and Casualty Company for more than 24 years. His experience included the development and direction of AARP Direct Response Marketing, Operations Research, and P&C Customer Strategy. The last five years with The Hartford, Tom led Enterprise Contact Center technology strategies and JD Power certification programs. Hammond has an MBA and a B.S. degree in Information Management from San Diego State.
