Chad Maxwell

Chad Maxwell is the Senior Vice President and M&A leader of Confie. Chad brings over 20 years of proven experience in mergers and acquisitions and business integration and consolidation. He joined Confie in 2012 and has played a key role in identifying and executing strategic acquisitions to help transform the company into an insurance leader.

Prior to joining Confie, Chad co-founded Clear Lake Consulting, Inc., which was an insurance agency consulting firm focused on offering M&A advisory, valuations and strategic consulting services to the leaders in insurance distribution. During his career, Chad has held several key senior management roles in both private and public insurance agents and brokers that were focused on strategic acquisition growth and development.
