Executive Vice President, Human Resources
Greg von der Linden is Confie’s head of Human Resources and a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team. In this role, Greg leads the US and Mexican teams of human resources professionals responsible for recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations and payroll. He and his team are responsible for building Confie’s Winning Culture as part of the company’s Roadmap for Growth. He brings over 20 years of human resources experience, primarily in financial service. Prior to Confie, Greg was the Vice President and head of human resources for AudaExplore, a Leading global provider of software and services for the automobile claims processing industry. Before that he was the Vice President and head of global talent acquisition for PIMCO, a global investment solutions provider, where he created a dedicated recruiting department which helped double the firm’s headcount. Greg started his HR career with NationsBank/Bank of America where he held a variety of HR leadership roles in retail and global investment banking. After college, Greg served as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy for 5 years and was a participant in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
